A friend asked if I could do something with his find in the street, the answer is, of course, yes. He is a great one for recycling and up-cycling and this was potentially a scandalous waste.
It took three weeks to work on two benches, so, forty eight hours for this bench which was the easier of the two. Other costs were: A2 fixings, sand blasting, primer, paint and linseed oil.
